With more than ten years of experience in residential real estate, he has helped countless clients find homes that fit the way they live. Together with his wife and business partner, Lana Pargh, Franklin co-founded The Pargh Team and helped open the Nashville office of Compass Real Estate. Under their leadership, The Pargh Team has become one of the city’s most trusted names in real estate, generating over $85 million in 2020, $110 million in 2024, and surpassing $1 billion in lifetime sales.

 

Franklin is a member of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, a national network of specialists who provide white-glove real estate services for athletes, entertainers, and high-profile clients. Known for his insight and strategy, he has a natural ability to identify opportunities early and guide clients with confidence through each step of the process. His calm approach and honest communication ensure that every decision is made with care and integrity.

 

Outside of real estate, Franklin co-founded the Nashville Box Lacrosse League, blending his love for sport, mentorship, and community. He is also deeply involved in local philanthropy and Nashville’s Jewish community, supporting organizations such as the Gordon Jewish Community Center.
