With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Franklin has advised buyers and sellers on residential transactions and land purchases. He helps clients make informed decisions that support both their lifestyle and long-term goals. Alongside his wife and business partner, Lana Pargh, he co-founded the Compass Nashville office and established The Pargh Team. Under their leadership, the team has generated over $85 million in sales in 2020, $110 million in 2024, and surpassed $1 billion in lifetime sales.

 

Franklin is a member of Compass Sports and Entertainment, serving athletes, entertainers, and high-profile clients with discretion and strategy. A former professional lacrosse player who competed overseas, he brings discipline and focus to every transaction. He is known for identifying opportunities early and navigating complex decisions with clarity.

 

His expertise includes Franklin, TN, and Leiper’s Fork, where his market knowledge supports luxury homes, acreage, and land acquisitions throughout Middle Tennessee. Franklin is known for his steady approach and transparent communication. Each transaction is handled with integrity and care.

 

Outside of real estate, Franklin co-founded the Nashville Box Lacrosse League. He remains active in local philanthropy, including support of the Wounded Warrior Project. Franklin is also an engaged member of Nashville’s Jewish community, where service and connection are core values.
