Lana Pargh has always lived at the intersection of architecture, design, and real estate. A Nashville resident for more than 30 years, she earned her degree in Architecture and Design from the University of Tennessee and spent nearly a decade practicing as an architect before finding her true calling in real estate. That foundation gives her a rare perspective. She understands both the artistry and the function of a home and helps clients bring possibilities to life.
Today, Lana co-leads The Pargh Team at Compass Nashville with her husband and business partner, Franklin Pargh. Together they have built one of the city’s most trusted real estate teams, closing more than $110 million in 2024 and surpassing $1 billion in lifetime sales.
Her clients value her ability to walk into a property and immediately see its potential. She can sketch design ideas, estimate renovation costs, and offer creative solutions that fit their goals and budget. Known for her resourcefulness and steady guidance, she often becomes a trusted friend along the way.
Her background in architecture also led her to create Rendering House, a visualization studio that helps clients imagine the full potential of a space before it is built. Through this work, Lana continues to merge design, technology, and creativity to reimagine the real estate experience.
Lana’s commitment to people extends far beyond her professional life. She actively supports organizations that strengthen her community, including the National Council of Jewish Women, the Gordon Jewish Community Center, Habitat for Humanity, Renewal, and the American Diabetes Association. She and her family are deeply connected to Nashville’s Jewish community and maintain close ties to Israel, where their heritage and sense of belonging remain a source of pride and purpose.
Bilingual in English and Russian and a proud mother of two, Lana brings warmth, perspective, and care to everything she does. She believes a home is never just a transaction. It is a milestone in someone’s story, and she is honored to help her clients step into their next one.
