Meet Lana
Lana Pargh has always lived at the intersection of architecture, design, and real estate. A Nashville resident for more than 36 years, she brings deep local knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee to every client relationship. She earned her degree in Architecture and Design from the University of Tennessee and spent nearly a decade practicing as an architect before transitioning into real estate. That foundation gives her a rare perspective. She understands both the artistry and function of a home while helping buyers and sellers see what is possible.
Today, Lana co-leads The Pargh Team at Compass Nashville with her husband and business partner, Franklin Pargh. Together, as founders of the Compass Nashville office, they have built one of the city’s most trusted real estate teams, closing more than $110 million in 2024 and surpassing $1 billion in lifetime sales.
