About Erin Tunney

Since graduating in 2005 from Indiana University and shortly thereafter earning her real estate license, Erin has been a top producer year after year. Erin’s success comes from the dynamic combination of patience and negotiation skills from her teaching background (and from working closely with her father!), knowledge and attention to detail sparked by her love of architecture and a true network of resources and connections having grown up in the business; these qualities, paired with an immense desire to see her clients happy have helped Erin close over $35MM in sales over the last 17 years. During her career, Erin also earned a master's degree while continuing to hone her real estate skills, proving yet again, the girl does not tire!

 

Never forgetting her roots in the hospitality business, Erin prides herself on the work ethic and dedication that it takes to exceed her client’s goals. When Erin is not finding you your dream home or making sure you receive the top asking price, she can be found coaching youth, and girls’ basketball, or traveling (often to a family-favorite getaway, Nicaragua). If you’re lucky enough to run into Erin while she is enjoying some of the city’s best dining spots, always quite congenial, she’ll likely pull up a chair and invite you to join her! And perhaps in her favorite role yet, Erin was recently promoted to the very important title of “Aunt” and dog mom!
